Follow these steps to install the Valve Sensor:
Step 1
Collect the valve and metal mount

Step 2
Separate the nut, washer, and rubber seal from the Valve

Step 3
Insert the valve into the mount hole followed by the rubber seal. Choose the hole suitable for the rim (Step8).

Step 4
Lay the sensor flat on the mount and screw it to tighten. Use a Hex Torque-Wrench and tighten at 3- 5 Nm.

Step 5
Prepare the rim before installation. Make sure the rim is clean from any dirt or debris that could interfere with the mounting process and lubricate the valve hole for a smooth mounting process.

Step 6
Mount the rear bead of the tyre onto the rim. Make sure the tyre is on the ground when mounting for your safety

Step 7
Rotate the rim so the valve hole is at the bottom facing frontwards. This prevents sensor damage during mounting.

Step 8
Place the valve sensor assembly into the valve hole. The sensor mount must lay flat on a 90-degree angle with the rim well.

Step 9
Place the washer and nut onto the valve and tighten with a torque wrench at 5-8Nm.

Step 10
Place a rim clamp at the location of the valve hole to avoid damaging the sensor, and then mount the other bead to finally assemble the entire tyre to the rim.

Step 11
Finally remove the clamp and inflate the tyre
